investigates and removes sites that violate this
rules.AGMR reserves the right to modify or remove
anything submitted to this Ring, and to cancel
any membership, at any time for any reason with
prior notice. Actions or activities that may
cause termination of your membership and/or
removal of your site(s) include, but are not
limited to, submitting any site, message board
posting, or chatroom statement that contains, or
provides links to the disclaimer below.
You
may not linking your site with :

pornography, and sexual material of a
lewd, lecherous or obscene nature. |

Hate
propaganda or hate mongering, swearing,
or fraudulent material or activity. |

Any
raffle, contest, or game requiring
payment of a fee by participants. |

Any
software, information, or other material
that contains any virus like,
"Trojan Horse", corrupted data,
or any other harmful or damaging
component. |

Adding
to much stealed stuff from other big
gaming site to your site. |
You may have :

5 (or
more) downloadable anime or game music
files from your sites. |
| • |
1 or
more of our banner somewhere visible in
your site. Or add the correct html
fragment to your site. |
You are solely and fully
responsible for the content of your sites on this
ring and may be held legally liable for such
content. By submitting your site to this ring,
you represent that the site comply with ring
Rules. If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit
or other proceeding against Ring owner based on
your conduct or use of this ring services, you
agree to compensate this ring (including its
officers, supporters, administrator and agents)
for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or
expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by
this ring in connection with any such claim,
lawsuit or proceeding.
In
the case of any such complaint, AGMR reserves the
right to remove the content complained of while
the this ring member and the complaining party
attempt to resolve their dispute. This could
result in your site(s) being removed from this
ring for as long as it takes to resolve the
dispute. In addition, AGMR may remove a site(s)
or other anythings like that if there are no hits
or edits for 50 days. This ring is not
responsible for, and does not have any liability
for any loss of data, profit, or business
resulting from our deletion of any AGMR member's
site(s).
